How quickly will you dispatch my order?

We do everything we can to send all orders as quickly as possible. Sending out orders normally takes between 1 to 3 days.

Orders made during the busiest heating season (From December to February) may be slightly delayed.

How quickly will my order be delivered?

We aim to deliver all orders to our clients as quickly as possible. In the vast majority of cases, your order will be delivered to you in one to five days.

During the peak heating season, some orders may be delayed due to the bandwidth limitations of our delivery partners.

What are the access requirements for pallet delivery?

If the size of the truck isn’t an issue, what else should I consider?

You also need to ensure that the road is wide enough, there are no obstacles in the way, and the ground is hard and level without any grass or gravel.

If you have ordered a pallet, they are delivered by another company not DPD.

What Is the process of receiving pallet delivery?

Our delivery partners will contact you on the number you provided at checkout and let you know the time and place of the delivery. You will be required to sign as proof of accepting delivery.

Please note that pallet deliveries are kerbside only you will need to make your own arrangements to move the items inside or to where you wish to keep them.

How should I store wood fuel correctly?

We strongly advise that all wood and logs be stored indoors. Dry storage, proper stacking, and adequate air supply is essential for optimal performance.

Please note: If multiple items are ordered, they may arrive in separate parcels. All parcels leave our warehouse together, but they may occasionally be separated at the delivery depot.
